Our Warren office is open from 9:30am to

We see patients by appointment only. We will make every effort to
follow our appointment schedule and give you a through examination as well at
the opportunity to ask questions. If you do have to wait, we ask for
your patience and understanding. If you are unable to keep your
appointment, notify us as soon as possible so that someone else may be
scheduled in your place. We have added emergency time slots throughout
the day to handle your immediate health problems.

ask that you call as early in the morning as possible, so that we may adjust
our schedule to take care of your urgent problems. Please inform our
office personnel of the nature of your visit when calling so that time can be
allotted appropriately. Come 15 minutes early on your first visit to
fill out a Patient Information Form.
Should you have an urgent problem after office hours, our 24-hour answering
service will contact the physician. Please call (248) 399-4510 and the
physician will call you back to address your concerns.
For a life-threatening emergency,
please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room and have them
contact us.
